Becket September Home Sales Range From $20,000 To $496,000, Most Prices Still Pending
Eleven properties changed hands in Becket between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only three carried a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $20,000 to $496,000 with a median of $25,000. The period's most notable transaction was 325 Skyline Ridge Rd., which sold for $496,000 to Westfield Bank. Two other recorded sales, at 95 Winter Dr. and an unaddressed Becket parcel, closed at $25,000 and $20,000. The remaining eight sales, including two each on Jacobs Ladder Road and Moberg Road, have no price on record yet. With most prices still pending, the data is too incomplete to characterize market conditions this period.
