Becket records 10 property transfers in August, most with undisclosed prices
Becket recorded 10 property deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $277,000 to $434,700, with a median of $325,000 among disclosed sales. The month's top transaction was 162 YMCA Road at $434,700, sold by Robert M. Whitney to JPMorgan Chase Bank NA. Other notable transfers included the town of Becket's acquisition of 471 Benton Hill Road and two transactions between family members with shared last names. With seven of 10 deeds carrying no disclosed price, the data does not support a clear read on market direction this period.
