Only two of nine Becket deeds recorded in disclosure period carry sale prices
Becket recorded nine property-related deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $241,758 for 337 Silver Leaf Dr. and $560,000 for 121 Hiawatha Hill, the period's top sale, sold by Andrew and Stephanie Boden to Pittsfield Cooperative Bank. The median of the two disclosed prices was $400,879. The remaining seven recordings, including a town conservation land transfer, a municipal transfer and several mortgage-related filings, carried no listed price. With disclosure limited to roughly a fifth of recordings, the data offers no basis to characterize overall market conditions this period.
