Becket recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carried a sale price so far: $150,000 for 158 Greenwater Dr, $170,000 for 212 King Arthur Dr and $425,699 for 486 Benton Hill Rd, the period's top sale. The median among priced sales was $170,000. Nine transfers, including four acquisitions by Becket Town or Becket Town Conservation and several involving mortgage servicers or lenders, have not yet had price data recorded. Silver Leaf Drive saw two separate transfers. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet show a clear market direction.
