Becket Records 12 Property Transfers in Late July, Most Without Disclosed Prices
The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Becket property transfers between July 10 and August 8, but only three disclosed a sale price: $18,997, $200,000 and $300,000, a range that sets the period's median at $200,000. The month's top transaction was 464 Long Bow Lane West, which sold for $300,000 on July 22 to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Several other transfers, including sales to Lee Bank and NBT Bank NA and multiple family or trust transfers, did not disclose a price. With nine of 12 recorded deeds lacking price data, the figures available do not support a clear read on market tone this period.
